Processing Time

Because all items are custom-made, please allow 2-5days for processing before your order ships. Processing time may vary depending on order volume, product type, or design complexity.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

• • Australia Domestic: 3–7 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days (varies on location)

Please note that these are estimates and delivery times may be delayed due to postal service issues beyond my control.

Tracking Information

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking to update.

Customs, Duties & International Orders

For international orders, buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.


Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. I am not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your package is in the hands of the carrier, I am not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your item, please check with your local post office or neighbours.
