1. Production & Shipping

• • Shipping estimates are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed, especially during holidays or unforeseen delays.
  • We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged packages after they have been shipped.

2. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the personalized nature of our
products:

• • All sales are final.
  • If your item arrives damaged or incorrect due to our mistake, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order for a resolution.
  • Proof (photo or video) may be required for review.

3. Intellectual Property

• • All designs, artwork, and content are the property of Kpop Diaries and may not be reproduced, sold, or used for commercial purposes without permission.
  • Custom artwork created for client remains the property of Kpop Diaries, unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

4. User Conduct

By using our services, you agree:

• • Not to submit offensive, copyrighted, or trademarked content without permission.
  • To provide accurate information any timely responses to requests for design approvals or clarifications.
